By accessing TrikalD ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
TrikalD is an AI-powered crypto intelligence terminal. It synthesises public market data, on-chain signals, and large-language-model reasoning to produce structured commentary on cryptoassets. Output is informational and experimental. It is NOT investment advice, NOT a solicitation to buy or sell any asset, and NOT a guarantee of any outcome.
3. No Financial Advice
Predictions generated by the Oracle are probabilistic at best and speculative at worst. Crypto markets are volatile, irrational, and can move violently against any prediction. Past performance of the Oracle (whether good or bad) does not predict future performance. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decision you make.
4. No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, broker-dealer, or agency relationship between you and the operators of TrikalD.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, abuse rate limits, scrape data en-masse without permission, or reverse-engineer protected components. You will not impersonate the Oracle's output as professional financial advice to third parties.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party APIs (CoinGecko, CoinPaprika, Binance, Anthropic, OpenAI, Etherscan, alternative.me). Their uptime, accuracy, and terms govern that data. Outages are inevitable.
7. Intellectual Property
The TrikalD brand, logo, codebase, and Oracle reasoning prompts are © Kalki Kaladarshi. The market data we surface belongs to its respective providers. Public-domain content remains public-domain.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, PROFITABLE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operators of TrikalD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalki Kaladarshi and the operators of TrikalD from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing this tab.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
